By accessing or using the HungryHippo app, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

HungryHippo is a multi-restaurant food delivery platform that connects:

  • Customers (ordering food)

  • Restaurants (preparing food)

  • Delivery Partners (delivering food)

HungryHippo acts as a technology platform only and does not prepare or cook food.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use HungryHippo.

  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  • HungryHippo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are set by restaurants and may vary.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after restaurant acceptance unless allowed by the restaurant.

  • HungryHippo does not store credit/debit card details.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to restaurant and platform policies.

5. Delivery Services

  • Delivery time estimates are approximate.

  • HungryHippo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation time.

  • Delivery Partners may collect location data during active deliveries.

6. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants agree to:

  • Provide accurate menu information

  • Maintain food quality and hygiene

  • Fulfill accepted orders responsibly

HungryHippo is not liable for food quality, taste, or preparation issues.

7. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery Partners agree to:

  • Deliver orders safely and promptly

  • Follow local traffic and safety laws

  • Maintain professionalism with customers and restaurants

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false information

  • Abuse, harass, or threaten others

  • Use the app for illegal purposes

  • Attempt to hack, manipulate, or misuse the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and app design belong to HungryHippo.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

HungryHippo shall not be liable for:

  • Food quality or health issues

  • Delays or order cancellations

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to HungryHippo at any time without prior notice if Terms are violated.
